[MERGE] [TRUNK] If there are no objections

Hi all,

Pierre and I will merge the stable m1 branches back into trunks here in
about 15 minutes. We wanted to give the ML a heads up in case someone was
working in there.

Will check this thread in 15 minutes before we begin.
