After the model, codec and the extras moved out we have some remaining odd
stuff that should go under ldap-extras/apacheds. It needs to be in separate
modules. We need to make sure this stuff really belongs too. Review needed:
things like sp, triggers, aci etc. Guess they are since Studio needs them as
well as ADS.
