We need to look into making the SchemaManager and SchemaLoaders into an OSGi
Service. We may not need the loaders if we can make schemas into bundles
themselves. The activators then can load these schemas. Perhaps they'll need a
loader and the manager to do the job. Let's see how this works out with a bit
of experimentation.
