Update:
o the DefaultLdapCodecService is working and integrated into the Studio code
base
o the StandaloneLdapCodecService is also setup and working in the ApacheDS
code base
Problem:
Studio's RCP environment is still going to have issues because ApacheDS modules
use the standalone version of the codec. We need to enable studio to setup
ApacheDS without having to use the StandaloneLdapCodecService. So we need to
expose a means for it to set this on the DirectoryService so Studio can use a
DirectoryService without the StandaloneLdapCodecService.
