The page clearly says : "Typically the licenses listed for the project are that
of the project itself, and not of dependencies.".
To me this is not an issue that should be resolved.

AFAICT, there is a 'licenses' folder in both src and bin distribution packages.
I removed the reference to 'distribution/src/main/release/licenses' in the
