Push shared-i18n-1.0.0-M5 artifact to Apache releases repository

ApacheDS server snapshots have started using shared-* artifacts version
1.0.0-M5 through the new parent POM from 22 June:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/apache/directory/server/apacheds-parent/1.5.8-SNAPSHOT/apacheds-parent-1.5.8-20110622.155135-270.pom
The POM specifies:

<org.apache.directory.shared.version>1.0.0-M5</org.apache.directory.shared.version>
However, the 1.0.0-M5 version has not been released to the Apache releases
Maven repository:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/releases/org/apache/directory/shared/shared-i18n/
despite the fact that shared snapshots have moved on to 1.0.0-M6-SNAPSHOT
version:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/apache/directory/shared/shared-i18n/1.0.0-M6-SNAPSHOT/
This broke the build for anything dependent on apacheds server snapshots:
