The example listed at
http://directory.apache.org/apacheds/1.5/allowselfpasswordmodify.html does not
work. Attempts to modify the password with this example fails with an
insufficient access message. The only way I have been able to successfully
change a password when binding as the entry is if all permissions are given on
all user attributes (just giving permission on userPassword alone fails).
