In that case, let's destroy DIRAPI.
I'd rather have a single project in JIRA than maintaining the two projects like 
we've been doing for the last months.
With all the past and future milestones of Shared/API, I'm fed up of 
maintaining versioning and issues in parallel on these two projects after each 
release.

In the end, I don't really care about the name (even if DIRAPI made more sense 
to me), I just want less repetitive administrative tasks slowing us for 
nothing… :(
