Batch Operation define modification slowdown, needs scrollbar

When defining batch operation modifications the window where you add
modifications slows down noticeably after adding maybe 3-4 attributes to modify.
Each new click on the + button causes some kind of refresh of the screen.
After adding a couple of attributes you can't add more unless you resize the
screen since there is no scrollbar when the window is full.
