New Context Entry

Hi There.
I have been able to Right click on an existing uid and select "New"+"New
Conttext Entry" and then "Use existing entry as Template" without any failures
for almost 2 years and for some reason, once I have seleted the object classes
and clicked Next is it asking me for the "Distinguished Name". When I click on
the drop Down and select the active dc it says "Entry dc=Server,dc=name,dc=za
already exists" and I have no idea what change I need to make move past this
point. The Entry dc is correct and the account I am trying to duplicate is
working perfectly. I would be grateful if someone could help me with this
problem.
