Thanks for the response Pierre and I am located in Australia. The correct 
date/time is the one displayed in the Raw date string: 20121108144205Z and the 
incorrect time is the "friendly" time. It may be that the software we are using 
is compensating for the time difference already and when it puts the date into 
eDirectory, it puts it in correct but Apache is compensating again and adding 
another 11 hours even though it doesn't need to.
