Jim Birch created DIRSTUDIO-888:
-----------------------------------
Summary: Improve editing of boolean values
Key: DIRSTUDIO-888
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRSTUDIO-888
Project: Directory Studio
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 2.0.0
Reporter: Jim Birch
Priority: Minor
In inline editor won't accept lowercase strings for AD boolean values. "true"
and "false" aren't accepted. This was a bit unexpected so I started looking
for other problems. A more relaxed approach could accept lower case values, or
maybe even things like "t", "T", "f", 'F', "1", "0", "yes", "Y", "NO", ...
A simple attribute editor for booleans would be a help to confirm/force a valid
change. This becomes an issue if the change is not accepted for some reason,
you aren't left wondering if you entered something invalid.
