I've debugged this a bit.
We actually render the DN exactly how it is retrieved from the directory server
(at least on ApacheDS).
So, we do display the DN correctly if the entry was created with a non-escaped
DN, and _not_ if if was created with an escaped DN.
I will dig a bit more into that.
