Each LdapConnection has to loadSchema(...) to become schema aware. While
testing I have found this to take about 2 seconds. It would be great if schema
loading could be done once while an application is initializing and then reused
on subsequent connections. Perhaps additional SchemaManager API could be added
to classes like LdapConnectionConfig, PoolableLdapConnectionFactory, and
LdapConnectionPool?
