[Mavibot] Apacheds profiling session for addition

Hi,

here are some numbers I git from a profiling session (addition of 10987
entries) :
o MavibotIndex.add() : 43% / 98883 calls (9 index updated)
o AsbtractBtreePartition. updateRdnIdx() : 34% / 10986 calls (
MavibotIndex.add() : 17% / 21972 calls, 2 per entry and
MavibotIndex.drop : 17% / 21972 calls, 2 per entry )
o MavibotTable.out() : 19% / 10987 calls

That's for 96% of the time spent in the server.
