Some bugs have been fixed in the later versions. We keep a track of the fixed

Typically, regarding replication :
ApacheDS 2.0.0-M11 :
DIRSERVER-1805 - The replication janitor thread is not stopped correctly when
the server is stopped
Now, there may still have bugs, but assuming we have a clear description of the
problem, we will do our best to get them fixed. Kiran is currently fixing an
issue in replication, related to the order of injection of entries.
regarding a time line for GA, it's hard to tell. We are currently working on a
RC1, which depends on some work currently being done on Mavibot, so I would say
2.0.0-RC1 is a question of weeks. For a GA, it's more likely to take longer, as
we will try to get as much bugs fixed as possible. The biggest difference
between a G1 and milestone is that GA (and RC) will have a frozen API, while
the API might evolve for milestones.
