LDAPS(on the port 10636 by default in ApacheDS) is deprecated in favor of
TLS(using StatTLS extended operation over the plain socket
connection on port 10389 by default in ApacheDS), so no, there is no plan to
support replication over LDAPS, cause securing replication
traffic is already possible with StartTLS on port 10389.
