User in #apache-directory reported that Chrome was finding fault with and
rejecting downloads from the apache.mirrors.tds.net mirror for studio
(specifically Windows x86_64 version).
It occurred after download completion. I think the mirror might be flagged for
some reason - I was able to download from another mirror just fine. The user
then tried mirror.symnds.com and had no issues.
