Description:
We don't cover all the configuration elements we have in ApacheDS 2.0.0-M19.
Here is a list of the missing elements :
* dsDenormalizeOpAttrsEnabled (not sure it's critical)
* dsPasswordHidden
* changeLogExposed
* Journal parameters (fileName, working dir, rotation)
* delegating authenticator (all the elements)
* passwordPolocy : pwdMin/MaxDelay
* all the HHTP server elements
* krbProxiableAllowed
* ldap server confidentialityRequired flag
* saslRealms
* replication replStrictCertValidation
* JDBM indexNumDupLimit
* Kerberos Inet Address
* DHCP/NTP/DNS config
We will also have to support a few MavibotPartition parameters sooned or later
too
