Maybe do this after reintegration of tycho branch into trunk to avoid merge
conflicts:
* Remove ldapservers.apacheds.v15x plugins
* Rename ldapservers.apacheds.v200 to ldapservers.apacheds
* Remove apacheds.configuration plugin
* Rename apacheds.configuration.v2 to apacheds.configuration
* Remove apacheds-launcher plugin (was only required for 1.5.x)
* Remove apacheds.configuration.feature and apacheds.configuration.v2.feature
(apacheds.feature includes both)
* Merge apacheds.configuration.help into apacheds.help
