Plugins org.eclipse.update.core and org.eclipse.update.ui no longer exist. We 
need to change the update mechanism in RCP application and move to P2. Code in 
following classes is commented out: 
* ManageConfigurationAction
* AddExtensionAction
* UpdateAction
