Two things :
- the rat plugin must be part of the build, no matter what. It's one way to
avoid injecting a file without the AL in the long run
- regarding the change of Java files, or even XML file, we should do that once
the branches have been merged, because otherwise, we would get many conflicts.
The idea is to do it in one shot, on the trunk. It would take a couple of hour
for one person.
Boring, but easy.
