Hi Emmanuel,
I understand we should add the rat check for everything.
Could we skip the mentioned 3rd party project (not-so-commons-ssl) for now,
because I'm going to remove it at all. I had fired JIRAs related to this as
part of the clearing job but maybe could get them done some time later.
Eventually we won't use it.
Sure if you insist, we can add the check also for now, even it involves some
dirty work (it's from another project, not trivial).
