Thanks for your review.
I am sorry for missing javadoc in my codes. I will add javadocs to the codes
later. And I will keep in mind when writing codes.
Actually, the patch is going to support MIT kerveros's configuration file such
as kdc.conf in our KDC server. The assert is to verify whether kdcConfig reads
the right value from kdc.conf file. "FILE:/var/log/krb5libs.log" is a only a
test value. It doesn't interfere with Windows supports. We can have some other
value here.
Mentioned Windows, do you have some ideas about Windows?
