In this commit, I used kerby-asn1 to replace the asn1 parser in not-commons-ssl 
library for parsing formats like PKCS8 and it's fairly easy. So kerby-asn1 can 
be used not only to define asn1 based types, but also for traditional 
procedural parsing, like the one in bouncycastle library. In case it's 
interested, please check the commit.
