When the number of values associated with a key is above the maximum threshold,
we switch to a sub-btree. The pb is that this sub-btree is not bulkloaded, and
we fail to get the correct offset of this sub-btree.
Atm, we should simply create an array of values, which works. The first time we
will update this key, the array will be transformed to a btree.
A better fix would be to bulk load the sub-btree later, and update the page
poitining to the bulkloaded subbtree.
