A {{PasswordPolicy}} is associated with a subentry, which is a position in the
DIT. Currently, we define a {{PasswordPolicy}} by its ID, but it's not enough.
We may have many {{PasswordPolicy}} present in the DIT.
We must ask for the {{PasswordPolicy}} subentry's DN.
Note : ATM, in ApacheDS, we don't need that, as we depend on the default
{{PasswordPolicy}}.
