* Merge tycho branch back into trunk
* Delete "repostiory" folder
* Delete "libraries" folder
* Delete "ldapservers.apacheds.v15x" plugins
* Delete "apacheds.configuration" plugin
* Delete "apacheds-launcher" plugin
* Rename "parent" projects
* Cleanup "application" folder, check what is still useable with Tycho
