Added test scripts for deb, rpm, bin installer
Setup Jenkins job
https://builds.apache.org/view/A-D/view/Directory/job/dir-apacheds-docker-installers/.
Currently it tests
* deb installer 64bit on Ubuntu 14.04
* deb installer 64bit on Debian 8
* bin installer 64bit on Debian 8
It's configured to run once a week to not waste too much resources, but can be
triggered any time.
