The PDU is irrelevant. It's clairly something wrong on the LDAP server, like
the entry
{{ftOpNm=top3_1,ftObjNm=tob3_1,ou=Permissions,ou=RBAC,dc=openldap,dc=org}} is
not present, or the entry {{uid=jtsUser1,ou=People,dc=openldap,dc=org}} is not
present.
Can you check for those two entries ?
