Great you find the issue!
What I see is that within the "init-slapd" ant target the slapd.conf is
generated. The comment of above ACLS is controled by @IS_RBAC_ACCELERATOR@
token in slapd.conf.src and the "rbac.accelerator" property. So do we need to
set rbac.accelerator=true in build.properties?
