When opening the context menu on an OpenLDAP connection, we can see the {{Open
Configuration}} entry. However, if we open the properties for this connection,
and change a parameter (like the port), which makes it impossible to connect to
the remote server, then the {{Open Configuration}} entry is not anymore
visible. In this case, we have to connect on the remote server to be able to
open the configuration plugin.
This is weird, as we don't even have to test the connection to the remote
server...
