This proposes to have a REST representation for the upcoming {{Kadmin}}
interface. Thus it's possible to implement remote mode kadmin tool, and also in
future, a web management console for Kerby KDC will then be possible. Note this
will not happen in the library level, but instead for Kerby KDC layer because
it will have to leverage any 3rd party web server like Jetty and the REST
library support.
