Currently we only have one target platform based on Eclipse Luna. It would be
nice to have multiple:
1. Based on the previous Eclipse version (currently Kepler) to ensure minimum
backward compatibility
2. Based on the current Eclipse version (currently Luna), this will be the main
platform used for development
3. Based on next Eclipse version (currently Mars), to identify potential
problems early
