1. The Jenkins build now generates the zip/tar.gz archives every night:
https://builds.apache.org/view/A-D/view/Directory/job/dir-studio/
2. https://www.apache.org/dev/release.html#host-rc advices to not link to
nightly builds. I'd suggest to remove the nightly-builds page from the website
and only point users on demand to the Jenkins job.
