This is specific to servers with LMDB backends.
When attempting to load the OpenLDAP server configuration by right-clicking the
connection and selecting "Open Configuration", the configuration editor fails
to load and the error:
"ERR_04269 ATTRIBUTE_TYPE for OID olcdbmaxentrysize does not exist!"
displays.
If the olcDbMaxEntrySize attribute is removed from the configuration, the
configuration editor loads.
If any (0,1,2,...) value is assigned to the olcDbMaxEntrySize attribute in the
configuration editor, any attempt to save the configuration results in the same
ERR_04269 error and the save fails. Clearing the value allows the
configuration to save.
