This is to add some login tests based on JAAS as first steps for end to end
tests:
* Login using prompt password directly;
* Login using credential ticket cache;
* Login using a service keytab;
* Login using an Identity Token;
* Login using anonymous PKINIT;
* Login using a X509 certificate.
Initial effort for this will just get the first 3 cases done, then the token
case some time later, leaving the following to be done in future.
