If you insert an entry into a directory that has already an entry with the same
RDN, the copy strategy dialog opens. If you then select rename entry and
continue, the cursor jumps after each entered character to the value input box
of the first RDN attribute (i.e. the problem occurs if you enter something into
the value input boxes of the second, third, ... RDN attribute OR the attribute
name of the first, second, ... RDN attribute).
