yes, there are some 'legal' steps that need to be fullfiled, this is part of
our duty.
Although the very first step is to check the code :-) (like a kid, I lurk at
the jam pot on the top of the cupboard, I'll deal later with the 'legal'
consequences of not having asked my parents to get my fingers in it ;-)
