Summary: Fix the bit manipulation functions in KrbFlags

The bit manipulation functions in KrbFlags produce the wrong values if any bits
are set. Since the default TGT request includes the FORWARDABLE, PROXIABLE AND
RENEWABLE_OK flags set, this base classes bit manipulation functions must be
functional.
