I'll take care of DIRKRB-450 today, which changes the AsRequest to send the
flags. I haven't looked into the KinitTool very deeply but as noted, the MIT
kinit program sets FORWARDABLE, PROXIABLE and RENEWABLE_OK by default.
I'll add RENEWABLE_OK to the KrbOption enum as part of DIRKRB-450 too. If you
want to look at DIRKRB-452, I think the work needed is to translate the CLI
flags to KrbOptions.
