According to some discussion in mailing list, raised by [~smoyer1], we would
make the API functions simpler and nicer. From [~mlbiam], there was a new term
*SGT* used in some discussions. It would be good to represent *Service Granting
Ticket* similar to *TGT* for *Ticket Granting Ticket*. This would use SGT and
refactor related types and functions.
