This message showed up with upgraded version of CXF:
WARN ) Both
org.apache.directory.fortress.rest.FortressServiceImpl#lockUserAccount and
org.apache.directory.fortress.rest.FortressServiceImpl#lockUserAccount are
equal candidates for handling the current request which can lead to
unpredictable results
