[Fortress] Builds and Javadoc

Hi !

so after having cleaned up the Javadoc, I have all the 4 projects
building fine with Java 8 (I have used the @inheritdoc tag in
FortressServiceImpl in enmasse).

If everything is ok, we are probably ready for a release !
