Finish {{Xdr-Boolean}} and {{Xdr-Integer}}. Small changes happen to
{{Xdr-Struct}} and {{Xdr-Bytes}} because of changes of their super class.
Maybe the whole struct will change again, but here is the current version.
Unit test of boolean and integer are created and passed.
However, {{mvn clean package}} did pass, because of remaining unused fields
which we cannot decided whether it is useful later.
