A new ConfigurableHashingInterceptor was introduced in ApacheDS and is
configured and enabled by default. The configuration editor does not support
the ConfigurableHashingInterceptor, the "Enable server-side password hashing"
checkbox is not checked. When checking it the ConfigurableHashingInterceptor
and one of the specifc interceptors is added.
