Normalization of RDN is really unefficient. Actually, even if you pass a valid
{{SchemaManager}} to the {{Rdn}} contructor, it is still a two phases process,
where all the {{Avas}} are created twice :
* parse the RDN
** for each AVA, create an Ava instance and feed the Rdn instance
* normalize the RDN
** for each Ava, create a new Ava instance and replace the existing Ava
This is just crazy...
