Attachment: DIRKRB-558-v1.patch
Create the {{.sh}} and {{.cmd}} for AdminServer.
Rename the {{AdminServerTest}} to {{AdminServerInit}}.
Running {{mvn package -Pdist}} first.
Then cancel the last 2 comment lines in {{AdminTest}} to interact with
AdminServer.
