Implement Rename Principal in Remote Kadmin.
Usage: run RemoteKadminTool.sh
input "rename_principal <old_principal_name> <new_principal_name>".
This patch also refine codes in RemoteKadminTool.java, and add some more new
classes to support the RemoteKadminTool. So that the general structure of
RemoteKadmin have almost been finished.
