Connection to LDS server forwarding information from an Active Directory
instance using ssl fails.
This failure appears to be related to a change in the MINA dependency from MINA
2.0.7 to MINA 2.0.8. Currently MINA version 2.0.10 is used.
Using MINA version 2.0.7 or MINA version 2.0.13 fixes the connection issue.
